The Twenty Movements is a series of movement puzzles that engage the body, mind, and spirit in a playful exploration of the Lecoq School’s core principles. Considered one of the most influential theatre schools in the world, Lecoq graduates have re-shaped our modern view of theatre. Sessions will be led by Graham Percy, who trained at the school in one of the last classes to study directly with Jacques Lecoq.

Red Nose Clown is about finding your pleasure to play and honing your ability to be open, vulnerable, sensitive, human and ridiculous. What is in your way? What is standing between you and your ability to be present? You find your clown by listening to the audience. What draws them in and what pushes them away? John teaches in the tradition of his master teacher Philippe Gaulier. This study is for actors and anyone interested in developing an engaging presence and a pleasure to play.

GRAHAM PERCY is an actor, director, teacher and playwright with over 20 years of professional experience. He is a graduate of Queen's University, and Jacques Lecoq's International School of Theatre in Paris, France. He has taught the 20 movements for fifteen years in every conceivable teaching environment, from elementary schools to universities, including Mount Allison University, UNB, University of Cape Breton, and Queen's University.

JOHN BEALE has been acting, teaching, producing and creating for the past 20 years. His workshops inspire engaging presence by focusing on the pleasure to play and discovering the joy of failure. Beale is a graduate of the Philippe Gaulier International Theatre School. He also trained, performed and taught extensively with Shakespeare & Company in Massachusetts. His one-man clown show "The Peggy Show" boasts a five-year run at the Old Red Schoolhouse in Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia.
